Once we receive your order form, we will contact your practice to organise a time and day for the remote installation of your
Medical-Objects software.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the install take?
The installation generally takes around 30 to 45 minutes.
Can I or my IT perform the installation?
Absolutely. We are able to provide instructions for your IT support to perform the installation themselves.
Will the install interrupt our practice?
No. The installation will not interrupt the use of any of your other computers at the practice. The installation also does not require a restart of the server.
Which computer should we install Medical-Objects on?
The Download Client is generally installed on either the server or downloads computer. The Referral Client is installed on any workstations you wish to send electronic referrals from, so generally the GPs workstations.
Refund Policy
Medical-Objects Subscription Refunds

Annual Subscriptions are non-refundable. You must stop your subscription at least 2 business days before the next billing cycle. Any amounts paid prior to you ending your renewal will not be refunded.

What does my Support Plan cover?

Medical-Objects Support Plans provide helpdesk assistance during business hours. Our support covers over-the-phone training, remote install and re-installs, and assistance with technical issues with the Medical-Objects software.

What does my Support Plan not cover?

Medical-Objects Support Plans do not cover issues that are a result of customer environmental changes that are outside the scope of Medical-Objects products and services. These issues relate to, but not limited to: customer changes in network hardware/settings, antivirus, firewalls permissions. Our Support Plans do not cover malformed messages from the customers clinical software. On cessation of your Medical-Objects practice management software subscription the exporting of data will incur extra support charges.
