Medical-Objects is thrilled to announce our selection as a participating vendor in the Australian Digital Health Agency’s (ADHA) newly expanded Allied Health Industry Offer — a $2 million initiative aimed at accelerating the digital transformation of allied health services across Australia.

As one of only 16 vendors chosen nationwide, Medical-Objects will be co-developing and delivering innovative eHealth solutions that support secure messaging, My Health Record connectivity, and electronic prescribing for allied health professionals, including physiotherapists, psychologists, speech pathologists, and dietitians.

With a strong presence across more than 15,000 healthcare sites and over 117,000 connected users, Medical-Objects already plays a vital role in enabling secure, real-time clinical communication throughout the Australian healthcare system. Moreover, as an Australian-owned company with services available nationwide, we are proud to extend our trusted technology to better support allied health professionals.

Our tailored Allied Health Practice Software is purpose-built to streamline workflows and improve communication between allied health providers and other healthcare teams. Designed specifically for the allied health community, it supports secure document delivery, referral tracking, and integration with popular practice management systems — all while helping providers meet national digital health requirements with ease.

“We’re thrilled to be contributing our technology and expertise to this national initiative,” says Lynden Crawford, CEO. “This opportunity allows us to empower more healthcare professionals with the digital tools they need to deliver truly connected care.”

Furthermore, this initiative directly supports the recommendations outlined in the Strengthening Medicare Taskforce Report (2022) and aligns with findings from the Allied Health Digital Transformation Survey Report (2025). As a result, it reflects the growing demand for digital connectivity and innovation across the allied health sector.

In fact, this program recognises the vital role that allied health professionals play in patient outcomes and aims to provide them with the infrastructure to share health information securely and efficiently.

At Medical-Objects, our mission has always been to improve patient care through innovative, reliable, and standards-based eHealth solutions. Consequently, our participation in this program reinforces our leadership in secure messaging and highlights our commitment to building a more connected healthcare future.
